To benefit from the progress in new technologies, it is not enough to assume that creating enabling conditions will automatically change actions. In addition, the issue is not about “computer literacy” itself – though courses provided by almost all computer education businesses throughout the country focus primarily on technology based definitions, concepts, and skills. It is crucially, how this learning fits into the wider social contexts of people’s everyday lives.
